We charge flat fees for most International Section 214 License Applications and 499 Registration.
Any party seeking to provide common carrier communications services between the United States and a foreign point must obtain an authorization from the Federal Communications Commission pursuant to section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934.
Providers offering interstate or international services are also required to register with the Universal Service Administrative Company ("USAC") and obtain a 499 Filer ID. USAC and the FCC require Filer IDs for purposes of Universal Service Fund, Telecommunications Relay Service Fund and other federal regulatory compliance duties. Many suppliers also require their customers to provide evidence of FCC Registration in compliance with the Carrier's Carrier Rule.
